Family of a man who was stabbed to death at a tarven in Pankop seek justice

William Mmonwa’s family in Pankop say they are devastated by the gruesome killing of their brother who died in the clinic after being stabbed.
According to information at our disposal, it is alleged that Mmonwa was playing dice at the local tarven when an argument ensued where he was stabbed with a sharp object by the suspect.
The 34 years old Mmonwa was certified dead at the clinic where he was rushed for medical attention.
The family has called for harsh consequences against tarven owners as who failing to close their tarvens after 11:00pm curfew.
Mpumalanga Police Colonel Mdluli said that they have recorded the case and are still investigating.
