Tshegofatso Pule murder accused Muzikayise Malephane abandons bail

The man accused of killing Tshegofatso Pule made a brief appearance at the Roodepoort magistrate’s court on Wednesday afternoon but refused to apply for bail.
The 31 years old Muzikayise Malephane came in court dressed in all black covering his face altogether as cameras and journalists were looking for a clear shot of his face.
Leaving the courtroom with what many say was just crocodile tears, Malephane never made a single eye contact.
He was offered a legal aid to represent him.
He was arrested on Monday on his way from Mpumalanga and set to be will be back in court on June 24.
