Suspended ANC SG suspends party President Ramaphosa

The ANC SG Ace Magashule said that he is exercising his constitutional rights of appealing his temporary suspension by the party.

In a statement issued by Magashule he also flexed his muscles and in-turn suspended President Matamela Ramaphosa.

“I have also, in accordance with the powers vested in me as the secretary-general of the ANC, and furthermore in full compliance with the relevant conference resolutions, summarily suspended the president of the ANC, Comrade Cyril Ramaphosa,” said Magashule.

Magashule’s suspension letter was letter was issued and signed by his deputy secretary-general Jessie Duarte, to which Magashule fought back saying she did have any authority to issue such a letter and has therefore immediately appealed his suspension.

He also called on party members to uphold the party constitution.
