Students Repatriated from China Ready to go Home

Higher Education Minister Dr Blade Nzimande said that the department of health is currently working on logistics to disperse students who were quarantined in Limpopo to take them to their various provinces.

These students were repatriated from Wuhan in China two weeks ago and have completed their 14 days quarantine.

Minister Nzimande said he can confirm that none of the tested positive of the various.

While on the other hand further four students who were quarantined in Birchwood Hotel and Conference Centre in Kempton Park, who also were in China, they found that two of them tested positive of TB just before landing in the country.

They landed in South Africa on March 23, however none of them tested positive of Covid-19.
