New Born Baby Found Dumped in Langa Cape Town With Umbilical Cord Attached

A new born baby was discovered under a bridge in an informal settlement in Langa Cape Town yesterday, dumped in a pool of dirty water.
Residents in the area say that was the fourth baby they have found dumped in the area, they say they once found a baby dumped in toilet with no trace of the mother. 
Police are investigating the matter and trying to trace the mother. The baby was found with the umbilical cord still attached.
