KZN prison warder caught on tape having sex with an inmate dismissed

Department of Correctional Services (DCS) has confirmed the dismissal of a prison warder from Ncome Correctional Facility in KwaZulu-Natal who shot a video of herself and an inmate having sex in an office a month back.

Her dismissal also included a colleague of hers who allowed them to use her office during the ordeal after a disciplinary hearing.

Department’s Spokesperson Singabakho Nxumalo added that the inmate was not spared as he has lost all the privileges and reclassified to maximum category and moved to another facility.
