Health ministry confirms 1 079 new Covid-19 cases

Health ministry has recorded 82 new Covid-19 related fatalities 27 of which are from KZN, 20 from Western Cape, 15 from from Gauteng, 9 from Eastern Cape, 6 Free State and 5 from Northern Cape.
This brings the total number of fatalities to 15 086.
Total number of cases now at 640 441 with 1 079 new cases in the last 24 hours.
The total number of recoveries also continues to increase now at 567 729, 88,6%.
