The case against the accused first started with the former North West University professor, who allegedly defrauded the university of R438 302.00 in May and April, 2016 and 2017 respectively.
It is said that the 58 years old Nolutho Diko falsely submitted documents to the university about services that were to the institution by her company.

“Through investigations, it was discovered that those service providers never rendered any services to the university.”
