Suspect Found Asleep after Raping a 19 Years Old Woman

Police have confirmed the arrest of a 32 years old man in the Eastern Cape who allegedly raped a 19 years old young woman and fell asleep on the scene.
It is said according to reports that the victim was threatened by a suspect with a knife and dragged her to his home where the reported rape took place.
The victim was on her way to see her friend when this took place.
