Health Ministry has recorded 880 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours and 51 related fatalities.
Of the 51 more COVID-19 related deaths the Eastern Cape accounts for 6, Free State 3, Gauteng 20, Kwa-Zulu Natal 9 while Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West records none. Northern Cape recorded 2 and Western Cape 11.
This brings the total number to 54 237 deaths.
