SA records 12 204 Covid-19 cases bringing total of 434 200 cases

South Africa surpasses the 6 600 Covid-19 related deaths and nears 450 000 confirmed cases.
Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize said late Saturday night that the total number of confirmed covid-19 cases are now at 434 200, with the total number of deaths at 6 655 and the recoveries at 263 054.
Gauteng remains to be at the epicenter 156 821 followed by Western Cape with 91 033.
