Her action caused a brawl on social media after former deputy minister and ANC MP Mduduzi Manana posted a picture on his Instagram account showing him, his family and minister having lunch violating lockdown regulations.

Minister in the Presidency Mr Jackson Mthembu is set to act Communications Minister for the time.

Among others, regulations stipulates that no one is allowed to move around unnecessarily unless they are essential workers. Not even a visit is allowed.

Minister Ndabeni was not the first to have been seen violating lockdown regulations, she was the second one following minister Fikile Mbalula who was also seen a week ago in a taxi rank addressing a mass gathering sitting in close contact.
