Fees Must Fall Activist Kganya Cekeshe Released from Prison

FeesMustFall activist #KanyaCekeshe has been released from prison in the early morning hours today after a long fight for him to get a presidential pardon.

Cekeshe is now the second one announced from the over 14 000 prisoners that were said to be pardoned by the president a weekend ago.

He comes after the Abathembu King Dalindyebo was also released Sunday midnight. It is said Cekeshe was released around 3am today.
