Community outraged at the robbery that led to the murder of a 5 years old, Soshanguve

Soshanguve has once found itself in the news new for all the wrong reasons, a gruesome crime that found an innocent life of a 5 years old little being taken away by robbers.
Social media users were angry after reports of a young father in Block UU, Soshanguve was robbed at gun point in front of his gate. It is said that he surrendered as the robbers forcefully took his Toyota Hilux bakkie.
Unfortunately the young Ditebogo Junior Phalane was running towards the gate to welcome his father as he always does but was met with a gun shot that ended his life.
The news saw several people including President of Patriotic Alliance, Gayton Mckenzie saying he is offering g R 250 000 reward to anyone with information about the killers.
His sentiments were seconded by one of the security companies, Tshenolo PI, who offered R 10 000 reward for the information and also said they are willing to give police extra hand with their services if needed to make sure that the suspects are brought to book.
Economic Freedom Fighters’ senior member Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi also visited the family on Sunday to offer condolences to the family.
Suspects are still at large while investigations still continue.
