Case against State Prosecutor in Ga-Rankuwa postponed

A case against state prosecutor in Ga-Rankuwa Regina Letshoo has been postponed to January 24, 2023 for the appointment of an outside Magistrate.

NPA Regional Spokesperson Henry Mamothame said this is an attempt to make the case and not seem bias because works in the same court she is appearing in.

Letshoo is currently out on warning and the NPA says they are ready to proceed with the case when it resumes next year.
