11 years old girl allegedly raped by teacher in school toilet

A rape case against docket against a 53 years old teacher has been transferred to Newcastle Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit for further investigation. The suspect was arrested Thursday morning by the FCS Unit.

It is alleged that on 09 June 2021, an eleven-year-old girl was at a school in Madadeni, KZN when she was raped by one of the teachers in the school toilets.

She was also threatened to be killed should she report the matter to anyone.

The 53-year-old suspect teacher made an appearance at the Madadeni Magistrates’ Court this morning for a case of rape.
