1 912 new Covid-19 cases confirmed

Covid-19 cases continue to rise in South Africa while at the same time fatalities continue to rise.
Health Ministry has confirmed 66 more Covid-19 related deaths in the last 24 hours of which 21 from Eastern Cape, 2 from Gauteng, 7 from the Free State, 8 from KwaZulu Natal, 2 from Mpumalanga, 18 from North West, 4 from Northern Cape and 4 from Western Cape.
Total number of positive cases now stands at 723 682 after 1 912 new cases were recorded since the last report.
