Two Women Arrested for Producing Fraudulent Matric Certificates at a University in KZN

Police arrest two women in KwaZulu Natal for producing fraudulent matric certificates.

On 21 January 2020 the suspects arrived at a local university with the intention to register as students for the current year. While their applications were being processed it was discovered that the matric certificates that they had submitted were fraudulent. 

Both suspects 20 years old and 27 years old made a brief appearance at Mtunzini Magistrates Court and the matter was remanded to February 2020.

They were released on bail pending further investigations.
