Malema and Ndlozi to get judgement on assault case

EFF senior officials, Julius Malema and Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi are set to hear a judgement today on their assault case that had been in court and the public eye since 2018.
The duo are accused of assaulting a police officer at Mama Winnie Mandela’s funeral.
Malema and Ndlozi had been saying on several occasions both in and outside court that Venter tried to stop them from entering the Fourways Cemetery where Mama Winnie was to be burried and they acted in self-defence.
The case is to be heard at Randburg Magistrates Court.
