Luxury bus company Greyhound closes down operations

Yet another low blow to the economy and an increase in job loses in South Africa as another company closes its doors.

This follows an announcement made by a luxury bus company Greyhound Wednesday morning that they are completely closing down their operations effective from February 2021.

Greyhound and Citiliner services will run up until 14 February 2021 and all customers who had bookings beyond the mentioned date will be refunded.

The company had been in operation for the past 47 years going as far as cross border transportation to Zimbabwe and Mozambique.

They are yet to release a full detailed media update on their decision to close down.
