Drugs found at a bakery in Temba, Hammanskraal

MMC for Community Safety in City of Tshwane Ald Grandi Theunissen has applauded officers and community members who were involved in a tipoff that led to the arrest of four suspects found in possession of drugs in Temba Hammaskraal.
The MMC released the statement on Wednesday saying that the Metro police officers has managed to arrest four people at a bakery in Temba which was used a bakery as a front to package and sell drugs.
He said that arriving at the scene, they found drugs worth an estimated amount of R 550 000.
While at the scene, the owner arrived allegedly carrying more drugs, crystal meth, to be packaged and sold. He was arrested on the scene and more drugs were allegedly found in his vehicle.
All suspects are between the ages of 35 and 50 years. They are currently in police custody until their first court appearance. Drugs found in their possession were allegedly crystal meth, heroine and cat.
