Amakhosi kept out of top eight after 1-1 draw with Swallows FC

Kaizer Chiefs found themselves being kept out of top following a 1-1 draw with Swallows FC in their DStv Premiership Soweto derby at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday evening.
Being back with overall outstanding performance to the top soccer in the country, Swallows find the themselves in the 5 while Amakhosi finds themselves two points away from the top eight (8) in position 10 following a straight winless match in four consecutive games.
Swallows took the lead in just eight minutes into the game, with Kagiso Malinga providing a superb volleyed finish from Sifiso Hlanti’s cross from the left side.
All thanks to Siyabonga Ngezana for Amakhosi but failed in an attempt which found a finish from Leonardo Castro.
