38 years old rapist on parole back in prison for raping 12 years old daughter

A 38 years old man from Jouberton in Klerksdorp who was released in 2016 on parole for rape in 2008 has found himself back in prison for allegedly raping his 12 years old daughter.
It is said according to NPA Spokesperson Henry Mamotlhame that the 38 years old rapist ordered his daughter to undress before performing sexual acts on her on May 31, 2021 and continued to do the same thing the following day.
It was after this where the victim informed her maternal grandmother about the ordeal and the matter was then escalated to the police.
The little was staying with the father during the ordeal following a passing of her mother. They had been staying together prior to her passing at her parent’s home.
He will remain in police custody having made a brief appearance at Klerksdorp Magistrates Court on Thursday. He is due to hear outcomes on his bail application today.
