Health Ministry records 81 new Covid-19 related deaths

SA continues to register Covid-19 cases daily after confirming 1 227 new cases in the last 24 hours.
This takes the total number of cases to 1 520 206 confirmed cases.
This is also as number of fatalities related to Covid-19 also continue to grow with 81 being confirmed in the last 24 hours.
Of the 81 more Covid-19 related deaths reported, Eastern Cape didn’t have any deaths together with Mpumalanga, Limpopo and North West while Free State accounts for 8 deaths, Gauteng 29, Kwa-Zulu Natal 16, Northern Cape 16 and Western Cape 12 bringing the total to 50 647 deaths.
