SA closes in on 873K Covid-19 cases

South Africa commemorates reconciliation day with a cumulative total of 873 679 reported COVID-19 cases having been reported with 7 552 new cases identified since the last report.
This is according to Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize who also recorded 210 more COVID-19 related deaths where Eastern Cape recorded 95, Free State 6, Gauteng 10, Kwa-Zulu Natal 23, Limpopo 6 and Western Cape 70.
Bringing the total deaths to 23 661 deaths.
