The EFF says they are fighting back against the Constitutional Court (Con Court) ruling last month which ruled that Chris Hani killer Janusz Walus is eligible for parole having served almost 30 years in prison.

Walus has tried on several occasions to apply for parole but was denied.

EFF said they will not the Con Court force them to live the harsh memories of how struggle veteran was killed by releasing his killer Walus who they also feel has not disclosed why he killed him and who was involved in the planning.

Waluś is expected to be released on today after the Constitutional Court (ConCourt) granted him parole on 21 November.

However, Correctional Services and Justice Minister Lamola is yet to make an announcement on his release.
