Mother drowns daughter in a bucket full of water

Court appearance today at Kwadukuza Magistrates of a 45 years old woman who killed her daughter by drowning her in a bucket full of water.
Police Spokesperson Constable Thenjiswa Ngcobo said Umhlali police received a complaint of a four-year-old toddler that died in one of the residence in Ballito.
She also said that upon arrival at the said address, police officials met the mother of the child who stated that her child was difficult and troubling her and she decided to drown the child in a bucket full of water until she stopped moving.
The toddler was found with both hands tied and certified dead on the scene.
The mother immediately was arrested.
