23 years old Oratile Mangwekea who was reported missing found dead

The 23 years old Oratile Mangwekea from Pudimoe who was reported missing late last week was found dead in the veld in Myra village, not far from Pudimoe.

Report by the South African Police Service alleged that Mangwekea was allegedly last seen by his family on December 26th 2020.

His lifeless and partially decomposed body was found in the morning on Thursday, 7 January 2021.

His corpse could not be positively confirmed at first sight by his family due to the state it was found in.

It was only late Saturday when a number of family members were taken to the mortuary and they physically identified him among others, through a pair of takkies he was wearing and his cell phone.

Police are currently investigating an inquest docket on the matter.
