10 half naked teenagers rescued from an illegal foreign national man

Colonel Katlego Mogale said that JMPD officers who were in their usual patrol Tuesday morning, 6th January 2026, managed to arrest a 47 years old foreign national rescue the lives of 10 teenage boys who were found half naked on the street.
The members were alerted about the said teenagers alongside Broad street in Mulbarton.
Upon arrival on the scene, they found 8 half naked teenagers who are also foreign nationals who can’t speak English walking barefoot.
Further investigations revealed that there was further two more teenage boys who were driven away in a blue VW Jetta which was intercepted at Commissioner street by the police following a high speed chase.
The victims were rescued while the second perpetrator was also arrested.
There are set to make an appearance at Booysen’s Magistrate Court on Thursday to face charges of being illegal in the country and human trafficking.
This is as further investigations continues.
