Gang fight leads to the death of a learner at a school in Mpumalanga

Mpumalanga Education MEC Bonakele Majuba is set to visit a school today where learner passed away after being stabbed with a knifr during a gang fight.

It is said according to statement released by the MEC’s office that the incident occurred at Cebisa Secondary School in Gert Sibande District this past Tuesday.

Two learners belonging to rival gangs allegedly started fighting until the other stabbed the other one, Grade 10 learner with a knife leading to his death at a local hospital.

MEC Majuba condemned the act of violence.
