Bafana Bafana beats continental high ranking squad Morocco

The one time Afcon winners Bafana Bafana brought an outstanding performance  they haven’t shown in a while after thrashing Morocco 2-1 at FNB Stadium Saturday afternoon.

All thanks Al Ahly and Orlando Pirates players, Percy Tau and Zakhele Lepasa respectively.

Even though Tau was not credited, the first goal came from his left foot to Moroccan keeper Munir Mohamedi who looked like he underestimated the ball as it went through his hands in the 6^th minute.

Later on Lepasa stretched the lead in the second half but that was short lived after Hakim Ziyech came through for Morocco.

The win saw Bafana Bafana securing their lead and ticket to Cote d’Ivoire in Group K with a point ahead of Morocco who are sitting on 6 points.
