ANC says they don’t like attacks on Minister Nxesi by ANC Youth League

ANC Youth League mother body ANC says while they encourage young people to speak their mind and voice out their dissatisfaction, they however did not like the utterances by the League’s president Collen Malatji this past weekend.
Malatji in his closing speech at the 26th national conference said that he doesn’t understand the mandate given to Labour and Employment minister Thulas Nxesi seeing that unemployment is at its highest.
“That Thulas Nxesi there who is a minister of employment, but it appears as if he is a minister of unemployment. I don’t when we are removing him but it’s an urgent matter” said Malatji.
The mother body says while it will not dictate to the youth what to say and not to say, they discourage any attacks on their minister’s personalities.
The youth league is yet to respond.
