[Watch] People helping themselves after a CIT Heist

A very weird question to ask anyone, what would you do if you walking or driving on the road and suddenly you see a smoke and from a distance you can see that it is most definitely a motor vehicle burning.
Up in flames I must say.
Surprising though, instead of people running away from it, everyone is running towards it, on foot, car, taxi, bicycle and etc.
The closer you get you realize that actually this was a Cash-In-Transit (CIT) heist and they blew the truck in pieces. So it is raining with money and scattered all over the road.
This happened in Vaal where people were seen in a video circulating online showing people picking up the little or more they could.
FYI, tough as it might be economically, by law this is a crime because you are tempering with evidence at a crime scene. You can get arrest if you are caught.
