Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rhulani Mokoena said he is not happy with the conduct displayed by his former player Kermit Erusmas this past weekend during the Carling Black Label cup final.

Although it is not clear what Erasmus might have said to Mokoena a picture was circulated on social media showing him seemingly being rude and shouting at Mokoena.

During an interview with veteran sports presenter Robert Marawa, Mokoena said that Erasmus was seen clapping following a career threatening tackle by the 27 years old Orlando Pirates defender Tapelo Xoki who was immediately issued a red card in less than 25 minutes play.

“Career-threatening situations like that shouldn’t be applauded, it was just a bit of a disappointment. I was disappointed at how he [Erasmus] spoke to me – I just felt I didn’t deserve that and especially from him.”

He also went to say he was deeply disappointed at his response to the tackle taking into consideration what both Sundowns and him personally has done for him.
