DJ Zinhle former employee fails to get theft case resolved through mediation

An attempt by DJ Zinhle former to not have her case proceed with prosecution was unsuccessful after senior prosecutor denied the plea.
The 23 years old Thabile Malatjie appeared at the Hatfield Magistrates’ Court and applied for mediation, to resolve the matter without proceeding with the prosecution.
Malatjie was employed by Zinhle’s Era at the time of her arrest when she was accused of stealing stock worth an undisclosed amount of money and upon investigations on the matter, the said stock was found in her apartment.
As a result she was arrest on January 12 this years bit was released on R 5000 bail.
The matter was postponed to July 23rd for trial.
